Problem:

At the client's request Považská cementáreň, a.s. was to control the humidity of the cement in a dusty environment.

Solution:

We solved the cement moisture monitoring by installing two Process Sensors of the MTC 360 series directly above the line. For each device, we had to get an air supply to the optical part of the device so that it was not dirty with dust and worked at 100%.
